Letter Preview Prior To Mailing
Want to know what your Email Bridge letter will look like before you
send it? No problem. Whether you use your email editor, WebMail, Dynamic
Addressing, or EZ Addressing, you can always preview your letter
before it is actually mailed.
In the Profile section, select the option to send a .pdf preview of
the letter(s) you send. An attachment will be delivered by email to
the sender email on file, with a copy of your Email Bridge letter for
preview.
If you chose to approve all letters before printing on the Profile
page, you will be required to either approve or cancel your print requests
at the NetGram website.
