Address Correction
For fast and efficient mailing, your recipient's United States postal
addresses are standardized to proper United States Postal Service standards.
In your NetGram Address Book, you may view which postal addresses have
been standardized. A green box
next to the recipients name indicates a successful standardization.
A yellow box
means the address is waiting to be standardized. A red box
means that the address could not be standardized, or that the address
is outside of the United States.
All attempts to standardize postal addresses are done upon the mailing
of an Email Bridge letter. Any changes to a recipient's postal address
information, will reset the address status back to yellow.
